Genom att använda KeepStory ("appen") godkänner du dessa användarvillkor. Läs dem noggrant.

1. Tjänsten

KeepStory är en privat dagboksapp för familjer. Appen låter dig skapa, lagra och dela dagboksinlägg, bilder och barnminnen inom din familjegrupp. En familjeadministratör kan bjuda in andra familjemedlemmar - all data delas inom familjegruppen.

Appen innehåller inga annonser.

2. Ålderskrav

Du måste vara minst 16 år för att skapa ett konto och använda appen. Appen riktar sig inte till barn. Föräldrar kan registrera information om sina barn i appen. En familjeadministratör kan bjuda in en familjemedlem - till exempel ett äldre barn - som skrivskyddad användare med läsrättigheter. Vi samlar inte medvetet in personuppgifter direkt från barn under 16 år.

3. Konto och ansvar

Du ansvarar för att hålla dina inloggningsuppgifter säkra
Du ansvarar för att förvara din krypteringsfras på ett säkert ställe - vi kan inte återställa den om den förloras
Du ansvarar för allt innehåll du publicerar i appen
Om du aktiverar biometrisk inloggning ansvarar du för att din enhet är skyddad - biometri ersätter inte ditt lösenord vid känsliga åtgärder som att ändra lösenord eller radera kontot

4. Godtagbar användning

Du får inte:

Använda appen för olagliga ändamål
Försöka få åtkomst till andra familjers data
Ladda upp skadlig kod eller skadligt innehåll
Återskapa, dekompilera eller modifiera appen
Automatisera åtkomst till appen eller överbelasta tjänsten

5. Kryptering

Dina dagboksinlägg skyddas med AES-256-kryptering. Krypteringsnyckeln härleds från en 12-ords fras som bara du och din familj har. Om frasen förloras kan vi inte hjälpa till att återställa krypterat innehåll. Vi rekommenderar att du förvarar frasen på ett säkert fysiskt ställe.

6. Prenumerationer, provperiod och betalning

Nya användare får en kostnadsfri provperiod på 30 dagar med tillgång till alla funktioner
Efter provperioden krävs en aktiv prenumeration för att skapa nya inlägg - befintliga inlägg förblir alltid läsbara
Prenumerationer förnyas automatiskt i slutet av varje period om du inte säger upp före förnyelsen
Betalning debiteras via ditt Google Play- eller App Store-konto
Avbokning sker via Google Play eller App Store - åtkomst kvarstår till den aktuella prenumerationsperiodens slut
Återbetalningar hanteras av Google Play eller App Store enligt deras respektive villkor

7. Kontoborttagning

Du kan radera ditt konto när som helst via appens inställningar (Inställningar > Radera konto). Denna åtgärd kan inte ångras.

Eftersom KeepStory är en delad familjetjänst hanteras data vid kontoborttagning på följande sätt:

Om du är den sista familjemedlemmen: all familjedata raderas permanent och omedelbart - dagboksinlägg, bilder, barninformation och kontoinformation.
Om det finns kvarvarande familjemedlemmar: ditt konto och din profil raderas omedelbart, men ditt bidrag till det delade innehållet anonymiseras - kopplingen till dig tas bort och innehållet lever kvar för familjen.

Obs: att radera kontot avslutar inte en aktiv prenumeration automatiskt. Säg upp din prenumeration via Google Play eller App Store innan du raderar kontot.

8. Begränsning av ansvar

KeepStory tillhandahålls i befintligt skick ("as is"). Vi strävar efter hög tillgänglighet men garanterar inte oavbruten tjänst. Vi ansvarar inte för:

Dataförlust orsakad av förlorade krypteringsfraser
Tillfälliga avbrott i tjänsten
Innehåll som du eller andra familjemedlemmar publicerar i appen

9. Immateriella rättigheter

Appen och dess design, kod och varumärken tillhör KeepStory. Du behåller alla rättigheter till det innehåll du skapar i appen.

10. Ändringar

Vi kan uppdatera dessa villkor vid behov. Väsentliga ändringar meddelas via appen. Fortsatt användning efter en ändring innebär att du accepterar de nya villkoren. Senaste versionen finns alltid tillgänglig via länken i appen och i appens butiksuppgifter.

11. Tillämplig lag

Dessa villkor regleras av svensk lag. Eventuella tvister avgörs av svensk domstol.

By using KeepStory ("the app") you agree to these terms of service. Please read them carefully.

1. The service

KeepStory is a private diary app for families. The app lets you create, store and share diary entries, photos and children's memories within your family group. A family administrator can invite other family members - all data is shared within the family group.

The app contains no advertisements.

2. Age requirement

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and use the app. The app is not directed at children. Parents can record information about their children in the app. A family administrator may invite a family member - such as an older child - as a read-only user with read access. We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children under 16.

3. Account and responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
You are responsible for storing your encryption phrase in a safe place - we cannot recover it if it is lost
You are responsible for all content you publish in the app
If you enable biometric login, you are responsible for keeping your device secure - biometrics do not replace your password for sensitive actions such as changing your password or deleting your account

4. Acceptable use

You may not:

Use the app for illegal purposes
Attempt to access other families' data
Upload malicious code or harmful content
Reverse engineer, decompile or modify the app
Automate access to the app or overload the service

5. Encryption

Your diary entries are protected with AES-256 encryption. The encryption key is derived from a 12-word phrase that only you and your family have. If the phrase is lost, we cannot help recover encrypted content. We recommend storing the phrase in a safe physical location.

6. Subscriptions, trial period and payment

New users receive a free 30-day trial with access to all features
After the trial, an active subscription is required to create new entries - existing entries always remain readable
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel before renewal
Payment is charged via your Google Play or App Store account
Cancellation is done via Google Play or App Store - access continues until the end of the current subscription period
Refunds are handled by Google Play or the App Store according to their respective terms

7. Account deletion

You can delete your account at any time via the app settings (Settings > Delete account). This action cannot be undone.

Because KeepStory is a shared family service, data is handled as follows upon account deletion:

If you are the last family member: all family data is permanently and immediately deleted - diary entries, images, child information and account information.
If other family members remain: your account and profile are deleted immediately, but your contribution to the shared content is anonymised - the link to you is removed and the content remains accessible to the family.

Note: deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. Cancel your subscription via Google Play or the App Store before deleting your account.

8. Limitation of liability

KeepStory is provided as is. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for:

Data loss caused by lost encryption phrases
Temporary service interruptions
Content that you or other family members publish in the app

9. Intellectual property

The app and its design, code and trademarks belong to KeepStory. You retain all rights to the content you create in the app.

10. Changes

We may update these terms as needed. Material changes will be communicated via the app. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms. The latest version is always available via the link in the app and in the app's store listing.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes shall be settled by a Swedish court.
